The Seasonal Tasting Menu
We serve a seasonal tasting menu for $295 per person. Some courses are plated and others are served in the center of the table and intended for sharing. With advanced notice, we will gladly accommodate vegetarians and vegans as well as most allergies and dietary restrictions. Reservations are available for parties of one to six people.
The Short Story
Beginning in Spring 2023, we’ll offer a second version of the SAGA menu on Sundays through Thursdays. In addition to the traditional seven-course menu, we’ll offer a shorter four-course offering for $195 per person. The “short story” is a faster-paced offering intended for nights with a busy day ahead. The traditional, epic journey will continue to be available daily.
The Solarium (Semi Private)
The Solarium is an intimate, windowed room adjacent the kitchen that’s unlike any other dining space in New York. We offer a semi-private chef's table experience for groups up to 10 guests. Groups up to 6 are bookable through Resy. Groups of 7-10 may inquire directly with our events team. Large groups dining at SAGA's Semi-Private Chef Table are served Chef Kent's seasonal Solarium Dinner Tasting menu priced at $345 per person. The Solarium carries a $4000 Food & Beverage Minimum spend.

SAGA Corkage Policy:
We allow corkage and permit a maximum of two 750ml bottles or one 1500ml bottle per reservation. Our corkage fee is $100 per 750ml bottle or $200 per 1500ml bottle.
